1. Terms of delivery

1.1 Orders shall be delivered throughout Lithuania and, where applicable, to other European Union countries.

1.2 Possible methods of delivery:

  • By courier to your home or office;
  • To post offices (Omniva, LP Express, DPD);

1.3 Delivery time in Lithuania - 1-5 working days after order confirmation and payment. International parcels can be delivered within 5-10 working days, depending on the country.

1.4 The price of delivery shall be specified separately for each order before the purchase is confirmed.

1.5 If the order exceeds a specified amount (e.g. €50), delivery in Lithuania may be free of charge (subject to such promotion).

1.6 The Buyer must provide correct delivery details. If the incorrect details result in the parcel not reaching the recipient, a re-shipment charge may apply.

2. Inspection of goods

2.1 Upon receipt of the Parcel, the Buyer shall immediately inspect the Parcel for damage. If any damage to the parcel or goods is noticed, the courier or the post office operator must be informed and a damage report must be drawn up.

2.2 If the goods received are faulty, damaged in transit or do not correspond to the order, please contact us immediately by email: info@beautyprevention.lt no later than 2 working days after receipt.

3. Conditions for the return of goods

3.1 According to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, unless the goods are hygiene or cosmetic products which have been unpacked (Art. 6.22810(2)(5) CC).

3.2 Returns of cosmetic products are only possible if:

  • the product has not been unpacked or used;
  • the buyer can provide proof of purchase (invoice, cheque or other proof of payment);
  • the buyer submits a written request by email within 14 days of receiving the goods: info@beautyprevention.En.

3.3 Returned goods must:

  • in the original, undamaged packaging;
  • with all relevant attachments and documents;
  • free from signs of use or damage.

3.4 The Buyer shall bear the cost of returning the goods, unless the reason for the return is incorrect or defective goods.

3.5 Refunds shall be made no later than 14 calendar days after the goods have been returned and their condition assessed. Refunds shall be made in the same manner as payment was made, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Goods that cannot be returned

In accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, cannot be refunded:

  • Cosmetics and hygiene products that have been opened or used (for health and hygiene reasons);
  • Goods that are individually ordered or specially made for the buyer.
