1. General provisions

1.1 This Purchase and Sale Agreement is a legally binding document which sets out the terms and conditions of the contract between the Buyer ("Buyer") and the Online Shop www.beautyprevention.ltadministered by Olesia Kozlovska, self-employed under certificate No 1013952, email: info@beautyprevention.lt ("Seller"), the mutual rights, duties and responsibilities of the Buyer when purchasing goods in the online shop (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Shop").

1.2 The Purchase and Sale Contract shall be deemed to be concluded from the moment when the Buyer forms a shopping cart in the Online Store, places an order by clicking the "Order" button and pays for the goods.

1.3 By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he/she has read these Purchase Terms and Conditions and undertakes to comply with them.

2. Rights and obligations of the Buyer

2.1 The Buyer shall have the right to purchase goods in the Online Shop in accordance with these Rules and the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

2.2 The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the order form. In the event of any incorrect data and consequent non-delivery, the Buyer shall bear the full cost of re-shipment.

2.3 The Buyer must update any changes in contact information without delay.

2.4 The Buyer shall have the right to withdraw from the Purchase and Sale Agreement by notifying the Seller in writing (by e-mail) within 14 calendar days of receipt of the Goods (only applicable to quality Goods, in accordance with clause 6.2).

2.5 The Buyer may not refuse to accept the goods ordered without good reason. In this case, he shall bear the full cost of shipping.

3. Seller's rights and obligations

3.1 The Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered goods to the address specified by the Buyer within the agreed delivery time.

3.2 The Seller shall have the right to temporarily or permanently discontinue the operation of the Online Shop without prior notice to the Buyer.

3.3 The Seller may unilaterally change these Rules.

3.4 If the Seller is unable to deliver the goods ordered, the Seller undertakes to offer an equivalent product or to refund the Buyer's money within 5 working days.

4. Price of goods and payment arrangements

4.1 All prices of goods in the Online Shop are quoted in euros.

4.2 Delivery is free of charge.

4.3. Payment methods:
You can pay using Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele and Šiaulių bankas e-banking services. Bank cards are also available.
Settlements are possible euro currency.
Payments are processed using MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.

5. Delivery of goods

5.1 Goods shall only be dispatched upon receipt of full payment for the Goods and delivery service.

5.2 Delivery methods:

  • Courier service;
  • Post offices (if available at the time of booking);
  • Lithuania Post services.

5.3 If the Buyer receives a damaged parcel, the Buyer has the right not to accept it and to notify the Seller immediately.

6. Return of goods and money

6.1. Faulty or defective goods:

  • The Buyer must inform the Seller by email within 2 working days of delivery, enclosing photos of the goods and a description of the damage.
  • The Seller shall pay the cost of returning the defective goods.
  • The Seller undertakes to replace or refund the goods within 5 working days of receipt of the returned goods.

6.2. Return of quality goods:

  • Available within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  • The goods must be unused, in their original packaging, with labels and without damage.
  • The buyer pays the return costs.
  • Refunds will be issued within 5 working days of receipt of the goods, provided they meet all the requirements.

7. Privacy

7.1 The processing of the Buyer's personal data shall be in accordance with Privacy Policy.
7.2 The necessary information (name, address, telephone number) may be passed on to delivery service providers for the purpose of order fulfilment.

8. Final provisions

8.1 All disputes shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania according to the Seller's place of business.
8.2 If any provision of these Rules becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
