This platform not an official Atomy online shop and does not engage in direct marketing of products. We provide specialised registration and first order assistance for new Atomy members.

The nature of the service and payment: By making a payment on this website, you pay service charge for helping you start your user journey in the Atomy ecosystem, rather than directly for goods. The service fee may be the same as the price of the selected product as it includes the following work:

• Official registration: Inclusion of your data in the international official Atomy system.
• Creating an account: Generating and preparing a personal user ID for use.
• Order assistance: Technical entry of your first order into the official system using your new ID.
• Technical support: System management training and assistance with logistical or technical issues.
• Expert advice: Personalised product selection and recommendations according to your needs.

Order fulfilment procedures:

1. Purpose of payment: The Client shall pay a fee to the Platform for the provision of assistance services.
2. Place of order: The final order for an item is always made only in the official Atomy e-shopusing the customer's name, personal ID and delivery address.
3. Responsibilities: This platform does not sell Atomy products - all purchases and final payments for goods are routed and processed through the official Atomy system.
