Iron - helps maintain normal energy metabolism, normal immune function; normal production of red blood cells and haemoglobin and normal oxygen transport in the body.
Vitamin C - improves iron absorption, helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, and helps maintain normal immune function.
Consumption: Adults: 2 to 4 tsp. 2 teaspoons per day. For children aged 3 to 5 years: 1 teaspoon daily. Children aged 6 to 12 years: 2 teaspoons daily. 2 teaspoons per day. 1 teaspoon holds approximately 5 ml.
